There's something really nice about the feeling of an alpaca's fluffy fleece. A knitted yarn hat is nice, yes, but the feel of the unspun fluff is truly something else. This hat is exquisite, it is incredibly warm and soft. Resilient to the elements, after taking it inside you can gently brush it off and just feel the snow and water leave the hat (maybe not if you got properly drenched or caked, I've only been out in moderate conditions so far but it holds up great). It feels worth the expense, like it will last for years while providing a luxurious level of warmth and comfort. Given the variety of colors available you can also find something to suit your own style, masculine or feminine. I would fully recommend you treat yourself to this.

We love this hat at our shop, but...
We love this hat at our shop. It gets a good amount of attention. BUT, the flap design although now being told that its buttons are just decorative is not the best design. The buttons ALWAYS break and there will usually be a return. Having to tell the customer to not use the buttons and that it's "a fake flap" that's not really meant to be used is not a good selling point at all. That's what needs to be changed.
