Retail Return Policy and Our Guarantee
We want you to love your purchase, but if you don't, Peruvian Link will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective items with 30 days of receipt, with the tags attached. We are happy to exchange your item, or if you prefer a refund, please note that shipping charges are not refundable. If you received "Free Shipping" on your order, there will be a return processing fee of $15 deducted from your return refunded back to the original form of payment. Retail Shipping Policy
All Retail Continental USA orders are shipped via USPS, or FedEx using Ground Delivery services that can take from 2-8 days for delivery.
Our Continental USA shipping model is a flat rate system based on order subtotal, which you can see here.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will be charged at $29.99 for all orders of any amount.
