Retail Return Policy and Our Guarantee

We want you to love your purchase, but if you don't, Peruvian Link will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective items within 30 days of receipt, with the tags attached. We are happy to exchange your item, or if you prefer a refund, please note that shipping charges are not refundable. If your received "Free Shipping" on your order, there will be a return processing fee of $15 deducted from your return refunded back to the original form of payment. Shipping Address Disclaimer

Please ensure that all shipping information is entered accurately at checkout. Orders are processed and shipped to the address provided by the customer. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at the time of purchase.

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes to the delivery address or reroute the package. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.

If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please check with household members, neighbors, or your local carrier office. We are unable to replace or refund orders marked as delivered by the carrier.

Merchandise that is sent back to us without prior approval will not be refunded.

Retail Shipping Policy

All Continental USA orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx using Ground Delivery services that can take from 2-8 days for delivery.
Our Continental USA shipping model is a flat rate system based on order subtotal:(On Retail Orders Only)

Shipping to Alaska, and Hawaii will be charged at $29.99 for all Retail orders of any amount.

Shipping to Canada will be billed in a separate invoice.
