Returns, Refunds and Shipping
Return Policy and Our Guarantee
Peruvian Link Co. unconditionally guarantees all merchandise. If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for an exchange or full refund in the form of a store credit. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund total. Our office must be contacted via e-mail or by phone prior to any return. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded shipping costs. No exchanges will be accepted after 90 days. All discounted merchandise is final sale.
Our Return Policy is not a consignment policy; we do not offer consignment options for our products.

How to Log In
Click the Wholesale Login in the upper left corner or the gold bar across the top.
Do not use the retail login in the upper right corner.
Enter your email and use the 6-digit code sent to log in.
What Happens Based on Your Email:
Wholesale email: Access wholesale catalog and prices.
Retail email: Retail prices only.
New email: A retail profile is created automatically.

If your categories do not start with "Alpaca" – you're logged into a wholesale account.
If categories like "Alpaca Sweaters" are visible – you're logged in as a retail customer.

Shipping Policy
All Continental USA orders are shipped via USPS, or FedEx using Ground Delivery services that can take from 2-8 days for delivery.
Our Continental USA Retail shipping model is a flat rate system based on order subtotal, which you can see here.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will be charged at $29.99 for all orders of any amount.
Wholesale Shipping Policy
All products are shipped via USPS or FedEx, and are shipped "FOB origin" (Free on Board origin).
Damages or delays to your order are not the responsibility of Peruvian Link, and any losses incurred while goods are in transit remain the responsibility of the buyer, lost packages and damages are limited to a maximum of $100.00 reimbursement.
Should you desire to purchase insurance on your order to protect you from loss or damage to your shipment, please let us know when you place your order. Insurance costs approximately 1% of the value of the merchandise being shipped, and can be added to your invoice cost and billed as part of your order upon request.

Active Account Status
If 12 months pass without order activity, our system may deactivate it and note it as dormant. To re-open the account, initial order minimum requirements will apply.
