We love this hat at our shop. It gets a good amount of attention. BUT, the flap design although now being told that its buttons are just decorative is not the best design. The buttons ALWAYS break and there will usually be a return. Having to tell the customer to not use the buttons and that it's "a fake flap" that's not really meant to be used is not a good selling point at all. That's what needs to be changed.

Not what I expected
I've seen other wholesalers carry these items and I was told they purchased from Peruvian Link. So I figured I would try a few and see if they sell. Unfortunately what I received left me disappointed. The inner part of the hat is crinkly like it's plastic so every time you bend or move the hat putting it on and off it crinkles. They feel cheaply made, not like the sturdy ones I've seen at other alpaca farms. I won't purchase these from Peruvian Link again, but will continue to look for a better product elsewhere.
