Wholesale Shipping Policy

All products are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Customs, Duties & Tariffs
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, tariffs, VAT, or additional import charges determined by the destination country. These fees are not included in our product pricing or shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient. Peruvian Link is not responsible for delays, holds, or charges assessed by customs.

Damages or delays to your order are not the responsibility of Peruvian Link, and any losses incurred while goods are in transit remain the responsibility of the buyer, lost packages and damages are limited to a maximum of $100.00 reimbursement. 

Should you desire to purchase insurance on your order to protect you from loss or damage to your shipment, please let us know when you place your order. Insurance costs approximately 1% of the value of the merchandise being shipped, and can be added to your invoice cost and billed as part of your order upon request.

Our shipping model is a flat-rate system based on order subtotal:

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and for all international orders is calculated based on box dimension and weight and will be added to your invoice after your order is placed.

Wholesale Guarantee

Peruvian Link Co. stands behind the quality of every product we sell. If merchandise is defective due to a manufacturing or quality issue, we will make it right.

• Photos are required for all quality claims.
• We may request return of merchandise for quality inspection.
• If a claim is verified as a manufacturing defect, Peruvian Link Co. will provide a prepaid return label when return of the merchandise is requested.
• At our discretion, defective merchandise may be replaced, credited to your account, or refunded.
• In some instances, we may determine that return of the merchandise is unnecessary.

Wholesale Returns and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible merchandise may be returned within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or store credit.

• A 20% restocking fee will apply to non-defective merchandise.
• Merchandise must be in new, resalable condition with original packaging and tags attached.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a verified manufacturing defect or shipping error on our part.
• All returns require prior authorization from our office. Unauthorized returns may be refused or will not be credited for shipping costs.
• No exchanges will be accepted after 90 days from the date of purchase.
• All discounted, closeout, and final sale merchandise is non-returnable.

Shipping Policy

Please review all shipping information carefully before submitting your order. Orders are processed and shipped to the address provided at checkout.

• Peruvian Link Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
• Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change or reroute the delivery address.
• If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping charges.
• If tracking information indicates that a package has been delivered, we are unable to replace or refund the shipment. We encourage customers to first check with household members, neighbors, or their local carrier office.

Our Wholesale Policy

Our return policy is designed to support our wholesale partners while maintaining the integrity of our products and pricing. Peruvian Link Co. does not offer merchandise on consignment unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Products purchased for resale remain the responsibility of the purchaser once accepted and are subject to the return policies outlined above.
