Wholesale Shipping Policy
All products are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, and are shipped "FOB origin" (Free on Board origin).
Damages or delays to your order are not the responsibility of Peruvian Link, and any losses incurred while goods are in transit remain the responsibility of the buyer, lost packages and damages are limited to a maximum of $100.00 reimbursement.
Should you desire to purchase insurance on your order to protect you from loss or damage to your shipment, please let us know when you place your order. Insurance costs approximately 1% of the value of the merchandise being shipped, and can be added to your invoice cost and billed as part of your order upon request.
Our shipping model is a flat-rate system based on order subtotal:

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and for all international orders is calculated based on box dimension and weight and will be added to your invoice after your order is placed.
Wholesale Return Policy and Our Guarantee
Peruvian Link Co. unconditionally guarantees all merchandise. If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for an exchange or full refund in the form of a store credit. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund total. Our office must be contacted via e-mail or by phone prior to any return. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded shipping costs. No exchanges will be accepted after 90 days. All discounted merchandise is final sale.
Please ensure that all shipping information is entered accurately at checkout. Orders are processed and shipped to the address provided by the customer. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at the time of purchase.
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes to the delivery address or reroute the package. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.
If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please check with household members, neighbors, or your local carrier office. We are unable to replace or refund orders marked as delivered by the carrier.
Our Return Policy is not a consignment policy; we do not offer consignment options for our products.
