How do I access wholesale pricing?
Choose Wholesale account and enter the email connected to your wholesale profile. Shopify will send a six-digit code to that email so you can sign in.
What if I still see retail prices?
Sign out, then sign in again with the email linked to your approved wholesale account. If the issue continues, email us a screenshot and the address you used.
Where can I find shipping and return terms?
Read the current shipping and returns information, or contact us for order-specific guidance.

How do I access wholesale pricing?
Login by clicking on the gold bar labeled Wholesale Login, enter the email that you used when you applied for your wholesale account. You will be sent a six-digit code that you will enter to sign in.
What if I am only seeing retail prices?
Your approved wholesale account is connected to the email that you provided when you applied for a wholesale account.
If you sign in with another email, a retail account is created.
To change the email address that is associated with your account, please contact us.
